When you register your payment will processed through PayPal. We do not ever see or store your payment information.
WHAT DO YOU GET WHEN YOU REGISTER FOR AN ONLINE EVENT?
When you purchase registration for on online event, you will be able to
- view/participate live online at the time of the event on Zoom
- have access to the watch/re-watch the streaming file for 30 days following the event.
Can the presenter see or hear me?
Some events have 1-way viewing in which you can see and hear the presenter, but they cannot see or hear you. Some have 2-way video and conversation with the online participants, for example the Q&A portion of lecture events. See the specific event description or contact us if you have any questions about the event you are interested in.
How do I get access to participate live?
at 11 PM MST day before the event, you will receive an email with a viewing link for the live event. These are hosted on the Zoom video conferencing platform. If you register after 11 PM MST the day before the event, the link will be sent to you shortly after your registration processes.
All registration closes 1 hour prior to the event starting time.
Do I need to install Zoom?
No. You do not need to install anything. Just click the link for live attendance when it’s time for the event.
How do I watch the replay?
If you want to watch the streaming file, you will have 30 days to view it on the BDQ website. 2-3 days after the live event, you will receive an email with information on how to log in and view the replay.
Can I download the video?
Your purchase includes the live event and streaming for 30 days. The file is not downloadable. We recommend setting a calendar reminder to be sure you watch it during the 30 access period.
Can I show this to a group?
We ask that you respect the artists’ and researchers’ work. Your purchase is for one person’s access. If you would like to purchase registration for a group, please contact us. Thank you for valuing our presenters’ work.
