8 Anchored Turns & Spins for Veil
Your veil can make a lovely entrance even more beautiful and exciting! It can also be a main feature of your bellydance performance. Mine is keeping time with the beats. I seem to not hear beats properly.
Hi George,
There are 2 facets to that. One is understanding the underlying rhythms enough to be able to follow the cycle and count. The other part is getting your hands and body to align to it. That is what I call “the triangle” and is the basis of what I cover in the Thrills with Zills course 🙂 Everything needs to work together!
